Phillip was born on December 28, 2006, in Hakaloba. His mother died one week after he was born, and his father died sometime after this. He was raised by his aunt and his uncle with the help of a German man who bought formula for him. His aunt and uncle, having many children of their own, brought him to New Day stating they could no longer provide for him.
Phillip arrived at New Day in May of 2012.
